our story
Engineering excellence runs through Tikomp’s lineage. It began with the founder’s father, who led Europe’s foremost scientific institute, setting a standard of innovation and rigour.
His son and Tikomp’s founder, Slavi Enchev, carried that legacy into industry: applying deep scientific expertise to build a company capable of solving the toughest metalworking challenges.
Since 1991, Tikomp has been a 100% family-owned and family-run manufacturer, specialising in hot forging, press forging, cold plastic deformation, and induction hardening.
Today, the next generation continues the tradition, holding key engineering roles in the largest international projects.
